Return Policy
Returns of purchased Products are facilitated through Future India PVT LTD.'s reverse-logistics partners. Upon a User making a request for return of Product on the Platforms and the same being duly acknowledged by Future India PVT LTD, our reverse-logistics partners shall get in touch with the User in order to collect the purchased Products from the User and delivering it to future India PVT LTD. While Future India PVT LTD has made reasonable endeavors to ensure delivery and pick-ups across multiple locations in India, currently, Future India PVT LTD has a select list of areas where deliveries and collection can be undertaken by its reverse-logistics partners. In events where Future India PVT LTD. is unable to facilitate a pick-up of the purchased Product for return from the User, the User is required to self-ship the Product to Ture Future India PVT LTD.'s warehouse. Upon self-shipping the Product to Future India PVT LTD.'s warehouse, the User shall be required to scan the courier/postal receipt to customer care mail id (admin@ BUILDFUTUREINDIA.com) for Future India PVT LTD.'s records. The aforesaid return by self-shipping the Products is subject to the returned products passing quality check at Future India PVT LTD.'s returns desk/warehouse.
Need to return - Few points to remember
- Returns/exchange request need to be within 15 days of the delivery of product
- All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at admin@ BUILDFUTUREINDIA.com
- If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
